Pokemon Modifyer  : 

This Code Allows You To Catch ANY pokemon. press l+r then go to items then you should have 493 pokeballs. say you want piplup. take away 100 pokeballs. then hold l down while walking into tall grass. if you are still holding l when the wild battle music comes on, you should be fighting piplup. say you have no master balls. use the master balls you have left.

here is the numbers of pokeballs you need to throw away to get that pokemon

Throw away 492 balls and you get bulbasaur

Throw Away no balls and fight arceus

Throw away 1 ball and get either darkrai or shaymin, i really dont know.
